The posting

  1. Job Description Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive Engineering or related field. 15+ years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in automotive manufacturing. Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D. Strong leadership, problem-solving, customer complaint handling and team management skills. Good English communication, MS Office/Excel skills; experience with OEM/Tier-1 customers and supplier quality is preferred.
  2. Requirements Preferred candidate: Automotive / Automotive Components – top priority. Tier 1 / Tier 2 automotive suppliers with experience working with OEM customers. Wiring Harness manufacturing. Candidates from high-volume manufacturing with strong IATF 16949 and quality management experience are preferred.
  3. Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package. Opportunity to work with leading automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. Professional development and career growth opportunities. Compensation: Includes a guaranteed 13th-month salary and annual salary increments. 12 days of annual leave per year. Working from Monday to Friday (8h00-17h40) with three Saturdays and all Sundays off each month. Shuttle bus is available for employees from Hanoi.
