  1. Job description Regional Strategy & Target Management: Develop regional business plans and take full responsibility for achieving the department's sales targets/quotas in the Southern region. Key Account Acquisition & Negotiation: Directly approach, negotiate, and close deals with Large Corporate & FDI Clients operating in the electronics, automotive, and electric vehicle (EV) sectors. Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, conduct field sales coaching, and drive the overall performance and productivity of the subordinate sales team. Reporting: Prepare periodic business and sales pipeline reports.
  2. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in supporting industries or supply chains, specifically targeting major electronics manufacturing companies. At least 1–2 years of proven experience in an equivalent leadership role (Sales Leader/Manager). Language: Highly fluent in Chinese, capable of communicating and negotiating directly with foreign partners and stakeholders. Core Competencies: Strategic mindset, data-driven, excellent negotiation and team leadership skills; highly resilient and capable of thriving under high pressure.
