Job Description

  • Nơi làm việc: Lotte Mart Nam Sài Gòn (số 469 Nguyễn Hữu Thọ, Phường Tân Hưng, Quận 7, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh)
  • Thời gian làm việc: Theo ca (full-time, 45 giờ/tuần)
  • Báo cáo trực tiếp: Retail Director

Trách nhiệm công việc:

  • B. VẬN HÀNH (Operations – 30%) Đảm bảo chuẩn mực vận hành cửa hàng: mở/đóng cửa, thu ngân, kiểm hàng, trưng bày, vệ sinh, bảo trì thiết bị, quy trình bán hàng.( DP) Quản lý và kiểm soát tồn kho – nhập/xuất – kiểm kê chính xác, giảm thiểu thất thoát. (INVENTORY) Đảm bảo chuẩn trải nghiệm khách hàng: tư vấn thân thiện, chuyên nghiệp, chăm sóc sau mua, xử lý khiếu nại. Giám sát việc thực hiện SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) cho toàn bộ nhân viên, cập nhật và đào tạo SOP mới. Quản lý tài sản, an toàn, an ninh, PCCC, vệ sinh theo quy định TTTM và tiêu chuẩn Phối hợp với bộ phận kỹ thuật và vận hành để đảm bảo hệ thống POS, camera, RFID, ánh sáng, điều hòa... hoạt động ổn định.
  • C. NHÂN SỰ & PHÁT TRIỂN ĐỘI NGŨ (People – 10%) Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ. Thiết lập và duy trì văn hoá và chuẩn mực CSKH. Đánh giá hiệu suất, xây dựng kế hoạch phát triển nhân viên, tạo động lực gắn bó dài hạn. Chủ động huấn luyện kỹ năng bán hàng, trưng bày, xử lý tình huống tại cửa hàng.

Requirements

  • Tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý cửa hàng bán lẻ (ưu tiên ngành thời trang, lifestyle, FMCG hoặc mô hình TTTM).
  • Có kinh nghiệm khai trương hoặc quản lý cửa hàng flagship là lợi thế lớn.
  • Am hiểu về Retail KPIs, vận hành cửa hàng, trưng bày, và dịch vụ khách hàng.
  • Biết sử dụng POS, Excel, Google Sheet, công cụ báo cáo.
  • Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, huấn luyện, giao tiếp và tạo động lực đội nhóm.
  • Kỹ năng phân tích số liệu, lập kế hoạch và ra quyết định nhanh.
  • Quản trị thời gian, công việc, rủi ro và chi phí hiệu quả.
  • Tư duy dịch vụ khách hàng (Customer-first mindset).

Các hoạt động nội bộ được tổ chức phong phú, đa dạng theo tuần/tháng/quý dù bạn làm việc tại nhà hay trực tiếp tại văn phòng.
