- Research and propose technical solutions for aluminum and glass systems, doors, and curtain walls, ensuring compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and project-specific requirements.
- Review and evaluate technical drawings, shop drawings, and implementation plans to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and consistency prior to execution.
- Provide technical consultation on materials, product configurations, installation methods, and construction solutions; support the resolution of technical issues arising during project implementation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Design, Production, and Construction teams to resolve technical challenges, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and assess issues arising during manufacturing, installation, and acceptance processes; conduct root cause analysis and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Keep abreast of relevant construction standards, regulations, technologies, and innovations in aluminum and glass systems, identifying opportunities for practical application.
- Develop and standardize technical procedures, design standards, technical documentation, and knowledge databases to support engineering operations.
- Recommend product improvements and optimize materials, functionality, aesthetics, and costs to meet project requirements.
- Monitor, manage, and report on technical activities and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in construction or technical engineering, including a minimum of 3 years in a management or equivalent leadership role.
- Good knowledge of applicable construction regulations, technical standards, and legal requirements.
- In-depth understanding of aluminum and glass systems, doors, curtain walls, construction materials, product configurations, technical standards, manufacturing processes, and installation methods.
- Ability to read, review, and evaluate technical drawings and shop drawings, propose engineering solutions, and resolve practical technical issues.
- Proven experience in managing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating technical operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and ability to work in a quality- and deadline-driven environment.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software.
