I. Mô tả công việc

1. Thiết kế và phát triển cữ, dưỡng may

  • Nghiên cứu yêu cầu kỹ thuật của sản phẩm và quy trình sản xuất để đưa ra giải pháp phù hợp cho các mẫu sản phẩm mới và hiện có.
  • Thiết kế và chế tạo cữ may, dưỡng may, bộ gá và đồ gá hỗ trợ may (bằng nhựa, inox và các vật liệu phù hợp) cho từng công đoạn sản xuất.
  • Cải tiến công cụ hỗ trợ may nhằm nâng cao độ chính xác, chất lượng sản phẩm và năng suất lao động.
  • Thử nghiệm, triển khai và tối ưu hóa cữ, dưỡng may và đồ gá để đảm bảo quá trình sản xuất diễn ra thuận lợi và hiệu quả.
  • Đề xuất các giải pháp đơn giản hóa thao tác, giảm yêu cầu về tay nghề và tối ưu hóa quy trình may.

2. Đào tạo, bảo trì và cải tiến

  • Đào tạo, hướng dẫn tổ trưởng chuyền may và công nhân sử dụng cữ, dưỡng may, đồ gá đúng kỹ thuật.
  • Thực hiện bảo trì, sửa chữa và cải tiến liên tục đối với cữ may và các công cụ hỗ trợ sản xuất.
  • Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất để xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật liên quan đến công cụ may, đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ sản xuất.
  • Đề xuất các giải pháp kỹ thuật nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành, giảm lỗi và tăng năng suất chuyền may.

II. Yêu cầu

1. Học vấn

  • Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc có chứng chỉ chuyên môn về Công nghệ May, Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp, Sản xuất May mặc hoặc các ngành liên quan là một lợi thế.

2. Kinh nghiệm

  • Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong ngành sản xuất hàng may mặc.
  • Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong thiết kế, chế tạo và cải tiến cữ may, dưỡng may, bộ gá hoặc đồ gá phục vụ sản xuất.

3. Kỹ năng chuyên môn

  • Am hiểu quy trình may, kết cấu sản phẩm may mặc và các công đoạn sản xuất.
  • Có khả năng thiết kế, chế tạo và tối ưu hóa cữ, dưỡng may và đồ gá hỗ trợ sản xuất.
  • Có tư duy cải tiến, khả năng sáng tạo, sự tỉ mỉ và kỹ năng xử lý vấn đề kỹ thuật tốt.
  • Có khả năng đào tạo, hướng dẫn và phát triển kỹ năng cho tổ trưởng chuyền may và công nhân.

4. Yêu cầu khác

  • Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Việt.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Trung hoặc tiếng Anh.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên người Việt Nam; ứng viên nước ngoài vẫn được xem xét.
