The posting

1. Yêu cầu

  • Trực tiếp triển khai các công việc lắp đặt, bảo trì, bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa hệ thống điều hòa không khí, thông gió (HVAC) và các hệ thống cơ điện khác tại công trường.
  • Chuẩn bị dụng cụ, thiết bị và vật tư cần thiết trước khi thực hiện công việc.
  • Kiểm tra, xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật đối với hệ thống điều hòa trung tâm, điều hòa cục bộ, hệ thống thông gió và các hệ thống cơ điện liên quan.
  • Phối hợp với các kỹ sư trong việc đề xuất giải pháp kỹ thuật, lập dự toán và tổ chức triển khai công việc.
  • Quản lý chất lượng, tiến độ và hiệu quả các dự án được giao.
  • Phân công công việc, hướng dẫn, quản lý và giám sát đội ngũ công nhân tại công trường, đảm bảo công việc được thực hiện đúng yêu cầu.
  • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của quản lý bộ phận và hỗ trợ các phòng ban khi cần thiết.

2. Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên, chuyên ngành Nhiệt lạnh, Điều hòa – Thông gió, Kho lạnh hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.
  • Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc; ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm lắp đặt, bảo trì và sửa chữa hệ thống HVAC.
  • Có kiến thức thực tế về hệ thống điều hòa trung tâm, điều hòa cục bộ và hệ thống thông gió.
  • Có khả năng tổ chức công việc, phân công nhiệm vụ và giám sát đội nhóm tại công trường.
  • Có kỹ năng tin học cơ bản.
  • Sức khỏe tốt, chủ động và sẵn sàng làm việc tại các dự án ở nhiều địa điểm, linh hoạt về thời gian khi có yêu cầu.
  • Có phương tiện di chuyển cá nhân; công ty có hỗ trợ chi phí đi lại.
  • Không yêu cầu ngoại ngữ.
  1. Quyền lợi
  • Lương cơ bản: 12 - 15 triệu VNĐ/tháng, tùy theo năng lực và kinh nghiệm.
  • Tổng thu nhập: Từ 15 - 20 triệu VNĐ/tháng trở lên, bao gồm các khoản phụ cấp và tiền làm thêm giờ.
  • Hỗ trợ xăng xe: 300.000–500.000 VNĐ/tháng.
  • Hỗ trợ ăn ca: 40.000 VNĐ/ngày.
  • Hỗ trợ thời gian di chuyển đối với các dự án cách văn phòng công ty từ 20 km trở lên theo chính sách công ty.
  • Có chế độ làm thêm giờ theo quy định.
  • Cơ hội phát triển chuyên môn và kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm trong lĩnh vực cơ điện.

  • Phòng ban: Dịch vụ Cơ điện (M&E Services Division)
