  • Quản lý và điều phối toàn bộ hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu (XNK) đầu vào và đầu ra, đảm bảo hàng hóa được vận hành đúng tiến độ, đúng quy định và tối ưu chi phí.
  • Lập kế hoạch, theo dõi tiến độ XNK dựa trên kế hoạch mua hàng, sản xuất và giao hàng; đảm bảo nguyên vật liệu nhập về đúng thời điểm và hàng hóa xuất đi đúng kế hoạch.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận Mua hàng, Sản xuất, Kho, Kinh doanh và Logistics để đảm bảo tiến độ vận chuyển, thông quan và giao nhận hàng hóa.
  • Kiểm soát hồ sơ, chứng từ và thủ tục XNK: khai báo hải quan, thông quan, C/O, HS Code, chính sách mặt hàng và thuế xuất nhập khẩu.
  • Làm việc và duy trì quan hệ với nhà cung cấp nước ngoài, forwarder, hãng tàu, đại lý hải quan và các đối tác liên quan.
  • Theo dõi, cảnh báo và chủ động xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình XNK, hạn chế ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động sản xuất và giao hàng.
  • Kiểm soát chi phí XNK và Logistics; đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu chi phí và thời gian vận chuyển.
  • Phân công, giám sát và đánh giá hiệu quả công việc của nhân viên trong nhóm; hướng dẫn nghiệp vụ và cải tiến quy trình XNK.
  1. Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Xuất nhập khẩu, Logistics, Ngoại thương hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Có ít nhất 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực XNK/Logistics tại doanh nghiệp sản xuất.
  • Giao tiếp tốt bằng Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung, có khả năng Nắm vững quy trình, thủ tục hải quan và nghiệp vụ xuất nhập khẩu.
  • Có khả năng lập kế hoạch, điều phối công việc, xử lý tình huống và quản lý nhóm.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành nhựa hoặc nguyên vật liệu nhựa.

  • Thu nhập: 22 – 30 triệu VNĐ/tháng.
  • Thưởng theo hiệu quả hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh.
  • Làm việc trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp tại doanh nghiệp sản xuất quy mô lớn.
