Mô tả công việc Phụ trách quản lý sắp xếp công việc chung của bộ phận QA (quần áo) Trực tiếp làm việc với khách hàng về các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm Xây dựng, triển khai và duy trì hệ thống quản lý chất lượng của nhà máy Xây dựng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, quy trình kiểm tra, hướng dẫn công việc và các điểm kiểm soát đối với quá trình sản xuất Giám sát chất lượng dựa trên tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật đã được phê duyệt Đảm bảo các hoạt động kiểm tra trên chuyền được thực hiện chính xác, tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn đã được phê duyệt Thực hiện audit chất lượng định kỳ tại nhà máy. Xác định các lỗi lặp lại, vấn đề về nguyên vật liệu và điểm yếu trong quy trình Điều tra các khiếu nại của khách hàng, các trường hợp không phù hợp, và các lỗi sản xuất nghiêm trọng. Xây dựng kế hoạch khác phục và phòng ngừa. Đưa ra các chiến lược nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm Điều phối trao đổi liên lạc nội bộ và các bộ phận khác Đào tạo và hỗ trợ, phát triển nhân viên Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên

Yêu cầu Bằng cấp: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học trở lên Chuyên ngành: Kỹ thuật dệt may, Công nghệ dệt may, Kỹ thuật công nghệ hoặc các ngành liên quan Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực quản lý chất lượng trong lĩnh vực may mặc, trang phục thể thao, đồ lót, đồ mặc nhà, quần legging hoặc các lĩnh vực sản xuất may mặc liên quan. Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, tư duy logic và khả năng xử lý vấn đề linh hoạt. Có khả năng quản lý thời gian, quản lý nhóm cũng như khả năng làm việc độc lập Có trách nhiệm, thái độ tốt Tiếng Anh/ Trung thành thạo nghe nói đọc viết (ưu tiên có thể sử dụng hai ngôn ngữ) Tin học thành thạo
  3. Chế độ 13 tháng lương, tăng lương hàng năm, thưởng năm tài chính. Đóng BHXH theo luật định. Bảo hiểm sức khoẻ 24/24. 12 ngày nghỉ phép. Xe đưa đón từ Hải Phòng, Quảng Ninh, Hải Dương về nhà máy.
