  1. Trách nhiệm công việc Quản lý và đào tạo - hướng dẫn lập trình - hướng dẫn nghiệp vụ cho cấp dưới. Thiết lập, vận hành, cải tiến hệ thống quản lý chất lượng (QMS). Thiết lập mục tiêu chất lượng. Lập và quản lý kế hoạch để đạt mục tiêu chất lượng. Soạn thảo và thực thi chương trình kiểm toán bộ bộ QMS. Lập và thực thi kế hoạch rà soát, điều chỉnh tiêu chuẩn toàn Công ty. Đề án phân tích, đánh giá, cải tiến tình trạng chất lượng toàn Công ty. Đối ứng phàn nàn từ khách hàng, giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh trong Công ty liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm. Thực hiện mẫu, đăng ký thay đổi công đoạn. Lập báo cáo đánh giá quản lý. Báo cáo người phụ trách định kỳ về tình trạng chất lượng trong Công ty. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
  2. Yêu cầu Nam/Nữ, 35 tuổi trở lên. Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành cơ khí, kỹ thuật hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực quản lý chất lượng và có 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí cấp bậc tương đương. Có sự am hiểu và năng lực về cải tiến và có ý thức cao về mục tiêu trong công việc. Có khả năng xác định và giải quyết vấn đề, có tư duy logic và chủ động. Tiếng Nhật N2 trở lên. Có khả năng lập báo cáo phục vụ cho các cuộc họp. Sử dụng máy tính thành thạo (Excel/word/ppt...).
  3. Chế độ Mức lương: 30 - 35 triệu gross. Thời gian làm việc: 8h00 -17h00 Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 + 2 Thứ 7/ tháng. Xe đưa đón nội tỉnh Hải Dương, Hà Nội về nhà máy. 13 tháng lương, có số ngày nghỉ nhiều trong năm (nghỉ nhiều hơn các công ty khác khoảng 10 ngày theo văn hoá Nhật Bản).
