  1. Trách nhiệm công việc Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược nhân sự phù hợp với định hướng phát triển của công ty. Hoạch định nguồn nhân lực, theo dõi biến động nhân sự và xây dựng kế hoạch tuyển dụng, đào tạo, phát triển đội ngũ. Đề xuất, xây dựng và triển khai hệ thống KPI; đánh giá hiệu suất làm việc và phối hợp xây dựng các chương trình đào tạo, phát triển năng lực nhân viên. Xây dựng, quản lý thang bảng lương, chính sách lương thưởng và chế độ phúc lợi theo quy định của công ty và pháp luật. Quản lý, giám sát việc thực hiện các chế độ BHXH, BHYT, tiền lương, tiền thưởng và các chính sách dành cho người lao động. Xây dựng, triển khai và phát triển văn hóa doanh nghiệp. Tiếp nhận, giải đáp các thắc mắc liên quan đến chính sách nhân sự, chế độ lao động và đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định pháp luật. Cập nhật, phổ biến các quy định pháp luật về lao động và nhân sự đến các phòng ban. Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ, báo cáo phát sinh và phân tích tình hình nhân sự phục vụ Ban Giám đốc. Phối hợp với các phòng ban trong công tác quản lý nhân sự và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Ban Giám đốc.
  2. Yêu cầu Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên các chuyên ngành Quản trị nhân lực, Kinh tế hoặc các ngành liên quan. Có tối thiểu 04 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng Hành chính Nhân sự hoặc vị trí quản lý tương đương. Thành thạo tin học văn phòng; tiếng Anh là một lợi thế. Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng và triển khai KPI, sử dụng các phần mềm quản lý nhân sự. Có thế mạnh về Learning & Development: xây dựng chương trình đào tạo, đánh giá hiệu quả và phát triển năng lực nhân viên. Am hiểu Luật Lao động, các quy định về tiền lương, BHXH và chính sách nhân sự. Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, lập kế hoạch, giao tiếp, giải quyết vấn đề và phối hợp với các phòng ban. Trung thực, công tâm, trách nhiệm và nhiệt huyết trong công việc.
  3. Chế độ Thu nhập: 20.000.000 – 25.000.000 VNĐ/tháng. Thưởng KPI, thưởng Lễ, Tết và các khoản thưởng theo quy định của công ty. Tham gia BHXH. Quà tặng các dịp sinh nhật, Trung thu, Quốc tế Thiếu nhi và các ngày lễ lớn. Tham gia tiệc sinh nhật công ty, Year End Party và chương trình bốc thăm may mắn. Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, ổn định với nhiều cơ hội phát triển. Địa điểm làm việc: Kim Thanh, Ninh Bình. Thời gian làm việc: 08:00 – 18:00 (nghỉ trưa 12:00 – 14:00), nghỉ Chủ nhật theo lịch làm việc của phòng ban.
