  1. Trách nhiệm công việc Quản lý nguồn vốn và dòng tiền: Xây dựng và quản lý kế hoạch dòng tiền, kế hoạch thu – chi của doanh nghiệp. Theo dõi, cân đối nguồn vốn nhằm đảm bảo nhu cầu vận hành và kế hoạch phát triển của công ty. Phân tích dòng tiền, dự báo nhu cầu vốn và đề xuất các phương án sử dụng vốn hiệu quả. Quan hệ với các tổ chức tín dụng: Đại diện công ty làm việc với ngân hàng và các tổ chức tín dụng. Thực hiện các hồ sơ vay vốn, bảo lãnh, hạn mức tín dụng và các nghiệp vụ liên quan. Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ với các đối tác tài chính. Báo cáo và phối hợp: Phối hợp với bộ phận Kế toán Ngân quỹ trong việc quản lý dòng tiền và các nghiệp vụ thanh toán. Lập các báo cáo liên quan đến nguồn vốn, dòng tiền theo yêu cầu của Ban Lãnh đạo. Đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả quản trị dòng tiền và tối ưu chi phí tài chính.
  2. Yêu cầu Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính, Kiểm toán hoặc các ngành liên quan. Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng Kế toán, Kế toán trưởng hoặc vị trí tương đương, chuyên sâu về quản lý dòng tiền và nguồn vốn. Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng kế hoạch thu – chi, quản lý dòng tiền và làm việc trực tiếp với ngân hàng, tổ chức tín dụng. Có khả năng phân tích tài chính, lập báo cáo và tham mưu cho Ban Lãnh đạo. Thành thạo Excel và phần mềm kế toán; ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm sử dụng Bravo. Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt; tác phong chuyên nghiệp, có khả năng đại diện doanh nghiệp làm việc với đối tác.
  3. Chế độ Mức lương: 30 - 45 triệu đồng/tháng (thỏa thuận theo năng lực). Thưởng theo kết quả phát triển sản lượng và hiệu quả kinh doanh của công ty. Tham gia BHXH theo quy định hiện hành Thời gian làm việc: Thứ Hai – Thứ Sáu; Thứ Bảy làm việc linh hoạt, chủ động địa điểm làm việc.
