  1. Job Description Quản lý Nhân sự: Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển nguồn nhân lực đáp ứng mục tiêu phát triển của công ty. Phối hợp với bộ phận Tuyển dụng & Truyền thông nhằm đảm bảo nguồn nhân lực được cung ứng đầy đủ về số lượng và chất lượng. Tham mưu, xây dựng và đề xuất các chính sách lương thưởng, phúc lợi và chế độ đãi ngộ phù hợp với từng nhóm nhân sự. Quản lý Hành chính: Điều hành và tối ưu các hoạt động hành chính nhằm hỗ trợ hiệu quả cho hoạt động vận hành chung. Quản lý tài sản, trang thiết bị văn phòng; theo dõi, đề xuất bảo trì và thay thế khi cần thiết. Phối hợp với các nhà máy trong công tác hành chính và quản lý đội ngũ HCNS tại các cơ sở sản xuất. Xây dựng Văn hóa Doanh nghiệp: Tổ chức và duy trì các chương trình văn hóa nội bộ, hoạt động gắn kết nhằm nâng cao tinh thần làm việc và sự đồng hành của nhân viên. Theo dõi việc thực hiện nội quy, quy chế công ty; phối hợp truyền thông các chính sách và thông tin nội bộ. Cải tiến Hệ thống HCNS: Rà soát, xây dựng và tối ưu hóa các quy trình hành chính nhân sự nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành. Quản lý, đánh giá hiệu suất đội ngũ HCNS; định hướng và hỗ trợ phát triển năng lực nhân viên. Tham mưu Ban Lãnh đạo: Cung cấp báo cáo, phân tích và tư vấn cho Ban Giám đốc về các vấn đề liên quan đến nhân sự, hành chính và chiến lược phát triển nguồn nhân lực
  2. Requirements Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhân lực, Kinh tế, Luật, Quản trị Hành chính hoặc các ngành liên quan. Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng Hành chính Nhân sự và có kinh nghiệm trong môi trường sản xuất. Am hiểu chuyên sâu về quản trị nhân sự, pháp luật lao động, BHXH và các quy định liên quan. Có kiến thức về hệ thống quản lý chất lượng ISO 9001:2015 là một lợi thế. Có thế mạnh về mảng Xây dựng Hệ thống, C&B chính sách và xây dựng mới đội ngũ nhân sự.
  3. Benefits 13 tháng lương, chế độ tăng lương hàng năm, thưởng năm tài chính. Đóng BHXH theo luật định. 12 ngày nghỉ phép. Có hỗ trợ nhà ở và sinh hoạt phí cơ bản cho nhân sự ở lại nhà máy hoặc xe đưa đón từ Hà Nội về nhà máy.
