Job Description Quản lý hoạt động Nhân sự tổng thể: Chịu trách nhiệm điều hành toàn bộ các chức năng nhân sự, bao gồm tuyển dụng, đào tạo, tiền lương, phúc lợi, quan hệ lao động và các nghiệp vụ liên quan, đảm bảo đáp ứng nhu cầu nhân lực và vận hành ổn định của nhà máy. Xây dựng và hoàn thiện hệ thống Nhân sự: Thiết lập, rà soát và cải tiến các quy chế, quy trình, chính sách và tiêu chuẩn quản lý nhân sự nhằm chuẩn hóa hoạt động và nâng cao hiệu quả quản trị nguồn nhân lực. Phát triển đội ngũ HR: Tuyển dụng, xây dựng và đào tạo đội ngũ nhân sự người Việt, nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn, kỹ năng quản lý và phát triển nguồn nhân lực kế cận. Phân tích dữ liệu và thúc đẩy cải tiến Nhân sự: Theo dõi, phân tích các chỉ số nhân sự trọng yếu như hiệu quả tuyển dụng, tỷ lệ nghỉ việc, năng suất lao động và chi phí nhân công; đề xuất và triển khai các chương trình cải tiến nhằm tối ưu hiệu quả hoạt động và hỗ trợ mục tiêu phát triển của doanh nghiệp.
  2. Requirements Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhân sự, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc các lĩnh vực có liên quan. Có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Quản trị Nhân sự tại doanh nghiệp sản xuất, trong đó ít nhất 3 năm đảm nhiệm vai trò quản lý đội ngũ HR; ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc tại các nhà máy quy mô lớn hoặc trong ngành sản xuất nội thất. Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm toàn diện về quản trị nhân sự trong môi trường sản xuất, bao gồm tuyển dụng, quan hệ lao động, chính sách tiền lương – phúc lợi, quản lý hiệu suất và phát triển tổ chức. Thành thạo tiếng Trung (nghe, nói, đọc, viết), có khả năng sử dụng thành thạo trong công việc và giao tiếp với cấp quản lý, đối tác hoặc đồng nghiệp người Trung Quốc. Có tư duy phân tích, khả năng xây dựng và tối ưu hệ thống quản trị nhân sự; chủ động giải quyết vấn đề và triển khai các chương trình cải tiến. Sở hữu kỹ năng giao tiếp, phối hợp và quản lý công việc hiệu quả; có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, khả năng chịu áp lực tốt và thích nghi với môi trường sản xuất có nhịp độ nhanh.
