Mô tả công việc Chịu trách nhiệm dẫn dắt hoạt động phát triển kinh doanh mới cho nhãn hàng Adidas tại Việt Nam, bao gồm báo giá các dòng sản phẩm mới và tiếp đón khách hàng đến tham quan, làm việc. Trực tiếp làm việc với bộ phận Mua hàng (Purchasing) và Kỹ thuật (Technical) của khách hàng; chủ trì các cuộc họp On-Site Meeting; xử lý các thay đổi liên quan đến thiết kế, tiến độ giao hàng và chất lượng sản phẩm. Là đầu mối kết nối chính giữa đội ngũ Sales tại Việt Nam và các phòng ban chức năng bên Trung Quốc (Phát triển, Sản xuất, Chất lượng, Vật tư, Hải quan), đảm bảo thông tin minh bạch, phối hợp nguồn lực hiệu quả, giảm thiểu chậm trễ do khác biệt văn hóa hoặc quy trình, đồng thời thúc đẩy các vấn đề được giải quyết triệt để và khép kín. Tổ chức họp định kỳ hàng tuần để theo dõi tiến độ công việc, nhận diện sớm các rủi ro và triển khai giải pháp khắc phục kịp thời. Chủ động xử lý các yêu cầu từ khách hàng, các bất thường trong quá trình phát triển sản phẩm và các trường hợp khiếu nại; đảm bảo BR được thực hiện đúng tiến độ, các loại mẫu được gửi đúng hạn và theo dõi đến khi hoàn tất. Thông qua đào tạo thực tế, chia sẻ tình huống điển hình và luân chuyển công việc để nâng cao năng lực đội ngũ và xây dựng nguồn nhân sự kế thừa.
  2. Yêu cầu Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên. Thành thạo ngoại ngữ Anh/ Trung. Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Sales hoặc phát triển kinh doanh (Business Development), ưu tiên kinh nghiệm làm việc với nhãn hàng Adidas. Am hiểu quy trình NPI (New Product Introduction). Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong việc phối hợp hiệu quả với các phòng ban chức năng người Trung Quốc; hiểu rõ quy trình vận hành và tư duy ra quyết định của doanh nghiệp sản xuất tại Trung Quốc; có khả năng huy động và kết nối nguồn lực nhanh chóng. Sẵn sàng đi công tác theo yêu cầu của công việc.
  3. Chế độ 13 tháng lương, tăng lương hàng năm, thưởng năm tài chính. Đóng BHXH theo luật định. Bảo hiểm sức khoẻ 24/24. 12 ngày nghỉ phép. Xe đưa đón từ Hải Phòng, Quảng Ninh, Hải Dương về nhà máy.
