Mục đích công việc

  • Đứng đầu về mặt chuyên môn nghiệp vụ để giải quyết công việc trong lĩnh vực kế toán.
  • Đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ trong phạm vi quản lý.
  • Quản lý công tác kế toán đảm bảo phản ánh chính xác các nghiệp vụ kinh tế phát sinh của doanh nghiệp, hạn chế các rủi ro về hạch toán kế toán và tuân thủ pháp luật.

Trách nhiệm công việc

1. Quản lý hệ thống kế toán

  • Tổ chức hệ thống hạch toán kế toán phù hợp với mô hình hoạt động sản xuất và xuất nhập khẩu của công ty.
  • Xây dựng, rà soát và cải tiến các quy trình nghiệp vụ kế toán.
  • Kiểm soát việc thực hiện các quy chế tài chính, quy trình thanh toán, quy trình quản lý tài sản và công nợ.

2. Kiểm soát các hoạt động kinh tế phát sinh

  • Kiểm soát các rủi ro và đưa ra những đề xuất hạn chế rủi ro về thuế và công tác hạch toán kế toán.
  • Kiểm tra tính hợp lý, hợp lệ của các chứng từ phát sinh nghiệp vụ kinh tế theo đúng các quy định.
  • Tổng hợp hồ sơ nghĩa vụ thuế và các khoản phải nộp, các khoản được hoàn thuế.
  • Kiểm soát số liệu kế toán, kết chuyển bút toán và số dư các phần hành.
  • Thực hiện định kỳ công tác kiểm kê, đối chiếu số liệu sổ sách và hiện trường.

3. Báo cáo và phân tích

  • Lập và phân tích các báo cáo tài chính và các báo cáo định kỳ liên quan đến công tác kế toán theo quy định của pháp luật và của công ty.
  • Phân tích, đánh giá tình hình quản lý, sử dụng tài sản thuộc phần hành, phần việc phụ trách và đề xuất biện pháp quản lý.
  • Cung cấp các số liệu, báo cáo (đầu tư, kết quả sản xuất kinh doanh) cho các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước, đối tác.

4. Thiết lập các chuẩn mực trong hạch toán kế toán

  • Nghiên cứu, cập nhật thường xuyên các thay đổi của pháp luật trong công tác kế toán.
  • Phổ biến các chính sách, quy định, chế độ liên quan đến kế toán cho các bộ phận liên quan.

5. Tổ chức bộ máy - quản lý điều hành hoạt động của nhân sự trong phòng

  • Tổ chức sắp xếp, phân công nhiệm vụ cho nhân sự trong phòng.
  • Quản lý điều hành hoạt động trong phòng đảm bảo theo đúng định hướng của tổ chức và tuân thủ theo quy định của pháp luật.

II/ Yêu cầu công việc

1. Trình độ đào tạo

  • Cử nhân chuyên ngành tài chính, kế toán, kiểm toán thuộc khối kinh tế.
  • Ưu tiên các trường: Học viện Tài chính, Học viện Ngân hàng, Đại học Kinh tế Quốc dân
  • Thành thạo tin học văn phòng như: các công cụ bảng tính, công cụ thuyết trình.

2. Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

  • Có nền tảng kế toán doanh nghiệp vững chắc và có ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm làm quản lý trong lĩnh vực quản lý và kiểm soát số liệu, từng giữ các chức vụ như Trưởng phòng tài chính kế toán, Kế toán trưởng hoặc các vị trí tương đương.
  • Có kinh nghiệm tại doanh nghiệp sản xuất quy mô từ 300 lao động trở lên hoặc doanh thu từ 500 tỷ đồng/năm trở lên.
  • Có tư duy năng động, cải tiến để tạo sự khác biệt về hiệu quả.
  • Có khả năng tổng hợp vấn đề, trình bày và mở rộng vấn đề.
  • Biết quản lý công việc khoa học và đảm bảo sự phối hợp của nhiều lĩnh vực chuyên môn.
  • Thiết lập chương trình đào tạo và quản lý đội nhóm trên quan điểm trao đổi, chia sẻ, chấp nhận sự khác biệt để hoàn thành mục tiêu.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên đã làm trong các công ty sản xuất, xuất nhập khẩu.
