  1. Trách nhiệm công việc Xây dựng và quản lý hoạt động thu mua, cung ứng nhằm đảm bảo nguồn nguyên vật liệu, hàng hóa đáp ứng kế hoạch sản xuất và kinh doanh. Lập kế hoạch ngân sách, quản lý chi phí đầu vào và tối ưu chi phí mua hàng trong khi vẫn đảm bảo chất lượng. Tìm kiếm, đánh giá, lựa chọn và phát triển hệ thống nhà cung cấp; xây dựng mối quan hệ hợp tác lâu dài với đối tác. Đàm phán giá cả, điều khoản thanh toán, thời gian giao hàng và các điều kiện thương mại với nhà cung cấp. Phân tích biến động thị trường, dự báo nhu cầu vật tư, nguyên liệu và xây dựng chiến lược thu mua phù hợp. Quản lý, phân công công việc, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ nhân viên phòng Đầu vào. Phối hợp với các phòng ban như Kế toán, Sản xuất, Kinh doanh để đảm bảo kế hoạch cung ứng đáp ứng nhu cầu hoạt động. Chủ động xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong chuỗi cung ứng như chậm giao hàng, hàng lỗi hoặc gián đoạn nguồn cung. Đào tạo kiến thức về sản phẩm, hàng hóa cho nhân sự nội bộ; đánh giá mức độ hiểu biết của các phòng ban liên quan. Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ, báo cáo phát sinh và các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Ban Giám đốc.
  2. Yêu cầu Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên các chuyên ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh, Logistics & Quản lý Chuỗi cung ứng, Xuất nhập khẩu hoặc các ngành liên quan. Có tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng Đầu vào, Trưởng phòng Mua hàng hoặc vị trí quản lý tương đương. Tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung là lợi thế. Thành thạo tin học văn phòng và các phần mềm phục vụ công việc. Am hiểu về chuỗi cung ứng, hoạt động thu mua và quản lý nhà cung cấp. Có khả năng phân tích sản phẩm, dự báo nhu cầu và biến động thị trường. Có kinh nghiệm quản lý ngân sách, kiểm soát chi phí và đàm phán với nhà cung cấp. Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý đội nhóm, giao tiếp và phối hợp tốt với các phòng ban. Chủ động, cẩn thận, có tư duy phân tích và khả năng xử lý tình huống tốt.
  3. Chế độ Thu nhập: 20.000.000 – 25.000.000 VNĐ/tháng. Thưởng KPI, thưởng Lễ, Tết và các khoản thưởng theo quy định của công ty. Tham gia BHXH theo quy định sau 03 tháng làm việc chính thức hoặc theo thỏa thuận. Quà tặng các dịp sinh nhật, Trung thu, Quốc tế Thiếu nhi và các ngày lễ lớn. Tham gia tiệc sinh nhật công ty, Year End Party và các hoạt động gắn kết nội bộ. Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, ổn định với nhiều cơ hội phát triển. Địa điểm làm việc: Kim Thanh, Ninh Bình. Thời gian làm việc: 08:00 – 18:00 (nghỉ trưa 12:00 – 14:00), Thứ 2 – Thứ 7.
