Your Role

Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Manager, Growth Insights & Performance to serve as the central source of truth for performance across the Americas portfolio, including owned and operated experiences, retail, new openings and priority licensed partners.

The Manager will aggregate and interpret ticket sales, attendance, revenue, booking pace, guest behavior and marketing performance; establish consistent metrics and reporting requirements; and turn insight into clear actions that improve demand, conversion, spend and repeat visitation. This role will own the weekly Growth War Room and partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, Research and external partners to identify risks, close performance gaps and capture growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional analytical rigor and data integrity with practical business judgment, strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across a complex stakeholder environment

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Establish and maintain a timely, trusted view of ticket sales, attendance, revenue, booking pace, conversion, average order value, per-capita spend, retail performance and marketing effectiveness across relevant Americas businesses and partners.
  • Define the business questions, KPI hierarchy, data definitions, source-of-truth rules and reporting requirements needed to monitor performance consistently across experiences, retail and priority partners.
  • Develop and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal performance reporting; identify meaningful trends, root causes, emerging risks and actionable opportunities.
  • Segment performance by experience, product, audience, channel, geography, visit date, promotion and customer cohort to surface drivers of growth or underperformance.
  • Own or coordinate recurring attendance, ticket-sales and revenue pacing views and forecast inputs, in partnership with Finance, commercial and operational stakeholders.
  • Analyze historical demand, advance bookings, seasonality, local versus tourist visitation, market conditions, promotions, product mix and operational capacity to inform scenario planning.
  • Quantify gaps to plan, evaluate likely commercial impact and recommend actions across media, CRM, offers, partnerships, pricing inputs and operational availability.
  • Assess new launches, seasonal activations, upsell opportunities, repeat visitation and retail initiatives to support prioritization and stronger business cases.
  • Lead the weekly cross-functional Growth War Room, bringing together Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, Research and relevant partner teams around actuals versus forecast, drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Translate analysis into specific recommended actions, assign owners and timelines, document decisions, and track follow-through and commercial results.
  • Prepare concise executive-ready performance updates and business reviews that connect leading indicators, customer behavior and marketing activity to financial outcomes.
  • Support annual planning, budget discussions and in-season trade-offs with objective analysis and clear recommendations
  • Develop a consistent measurement framework across awareness, engagement, conversion, upsell and repeat visitation, with standardized conversion definitions and shared reporting across channels.
  • Partner with Marketing, agency teams and Technology to improve campaign tagging, attribution, website funnel visibility, abandonment reporting and cross-channel performance measurement.
  • Evaluate channel effectiveness, audience performance, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, incrementality where feasible and the contribution of WBD first-party audiences and owned reach.
  • Prioritize and assess A/B tests across creative, messages, offers, audience segments, landing pages and customer journeys; quantify learnings and recommend when to scale, change or stop.
  • Serve as the business owner for performance-reporting requirements, partnering with Technology, Finance, Operations and external operators to prioritize dashboards, integrations and analytics capabilities.
  • Validate reporting outputs, reconcile discrepancies between ticketing, web, media, CRM, finance and partner systems, and establish practical governance for data quality and shared definitions.
  • Develop actionable guest and customer insights, including audience segments, acquisition patterns, visit frequency, purchase behavior and lifetime-value indicators.
  • Ensure measurement approaches, first-party data use, tagging and any privacy-approved pixels or conversion APIs comply with WBD privacy, security and data-governance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in business analytics, growth strategy, commercial performance, business intelligence, revenue management, marketing analytics or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success translating complex sales, customer and marketing data into clear recommendations that improve revenue, attendance, conversion or investment effectiveness.
  • Strong experience defining KPIs, reporting requirements, forecasting inputs, data-quality controls and cross-functional performance operating cadences.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with business-intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker; working knowledge of SQL, web analytics and data-warehouse concepts preferred.
  • Understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, campaign tagging, conversion funnels, customer segmentation and structured test-and-learn approaches.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder-management and facilitation skills, including the ability to align technical and nontechnical teams around a shared view of performance.
  • Experience in entertainment, attractions, hospitality, travel, ticketing, retail, consumer businesses or multi-location environments strongly preferred.
  • Obsesses over data accuracy, consistency and business relevance; investigates root causes before drawing conclusions.
  • Connects analytical insight to commercially practical action and follows through on measurable outcomes.
  • Influences effectively without direct authority and constructively challenges assumptions across functions.
  • Operates with curiosity, sound judgment and a bias toward action in a fast-moving, evolving portfolio.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
