Job Description

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Administrative Assistant (Propane Clerk) on a temporary full-time basis for up to 6 months.

This position requires on-site work at our Propane Branch and is based in Dryden, ON.

Do you excel in customer service and have an eye for detail? This position will offer the opportunity to work closely with our Propane team and customers to provide exceptional service.

What you’ll do:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and address customer concerns and questions.
  • Receive customer orders and communicate to drivers and service personnel.
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly administrative duties required to maintain accurate and complete sales records.
  • Maintain an accurate filing system of branch data and files.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Order and keep inventory of branch supplies.

Who you’ll work with: The Team: You will work closely with Drivers and Service Technicians, and will report into the Manager, Propane Operations. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellent customer service.

Who you are: You are looking for a career in Administration and:

  • Have 1-2 years' experience in a related role.
  • Have a High School Diploma (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Are customer focused and have a strong eye for detail.
