Como Instrutor de Treinamento na Cob você será responsável em: Treinamento online e/ou presencial teórico

Treinamento operacional - Operação de vendas

Capacitação de vendedores e bkos

Gestão de vendas

Gestão de pessoas

Análise de dados de operação (TMF, TMA, Conversão, Prioridades, Volume de Vendas)

Monitoria realtime e offline

Apresentação de resultados

Atualização de condições comerciais

Montagem de material de treinamento

Aplicação de treinamentos de manutenção

Competências necessárias:

Ensino superior completo ou cursando Paixão em trabalhar com vendas, capacidade de inspirar e incentivar pessoas Trabalhar bem sob pressão Disponibilidade de trabalhar aos sábados e feriados Facilidade de comunicação/oratória Facilidade com slides/editores de vídeo Experiência com vendas/gestão de times

Remuneração e Benefícios
