Buscamos um profissional para atuar na área de Treinamento, Desenvolvimento e Gestão do Conhecimento, sendo responsável por promover a capacitação das equipes, garantir a disseminação das melhores práticas operacionais e apoiar a padronização de processos. A função envolve a elaboração e condução de treinamentos, criação de materiais de apoio e comunicação operacional, mapeamento e documentação de processos, além do acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho e efetividade das ações de desenvolvimento. O profissional também será responsável por estruturar e manter a base de conhecimento da operação, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua e o fortalecimento das competências dos colaboradores.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos para integração, capacitação e reciclagem de colaboradores.Identificar necessidades de treinamento e elaborar trilhas de aprendizagem, avaliações de conhecimento e ações de desenvolvimento.Estruturar e manter canais de comunicação operacional, elaborando comunicados, apresentações e materiais de orientação.Garantir a correta disseminação de processos, normas, procedimentos e informações corporativas junto às equipes.Mapear, documentar, revisar e padronizar fluxos, procedimentos, manuais e instruções de trabalho.Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, transformação operacional e implantação de novos processos.Estruturar e administrar a base de conhecimento da operação, assegurando o controle de versões e a disseminação das melhores práticas.Capacitar colaboradores no uso do Pacote Office e de ferramentas corporativas utilizadas pela operação.Desenvolver materiais de apoio, apresentações, relatórios e conteúdos para consulta e treinamento.Monitorar indicadores de treinamento e desenvolvimento, avaliando a efetividade das capacitações realizadas.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e propor ações de melhoria, correção e prevenção de desvios operacionais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Pedagogia Empresarial, Recursos Humanos, Processos Gerenciais, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.Técnicas de treinamento e desenvolvimento.Elaboração de materiais instrucionais.Mapeamento e padronização de processos.Comunicação corporativa.Excel intermediário ou avançado.PowerPoint avançado.Ferramentas Microsoft 365.Construção de indicadores e acompanhamento de performance.
