¿Te apasiona la cosmética y disfrutas ofreciendo una experiencia de compra excepcional?

En COCUNAT buscamos un/a Sales Assistant de 16 horas semanales para reforzar nuestro equipo de tienda en Rambla Catalunya (Barcelona) durante la campaña de Black Friday y Navidad. Buscamos una persona dinámica, proactiva y con pasión por las ventas, que conecte con nuestros valores y disfrute asesorando a cada cliente de forma personalizada. ¿Qué ofrecemos en esta posición?

  • Jornada de 16 horas semanales.
  • Posición temporal de aproximadamente 2 meses, durante la campaña de Black Friday y Navidad.
  • Incorporación inmediata.

Your responsibilities

Reportando al Store Manager, contribuirás a ofrecer una excelente experiencia de compra y a alcanzar los objetivos comerciales de la tienda.

Atención al cliente y ventas

  • Representar la marca COCUNAT y transmitir sus valores.
  • Ofrecer una atención personalizada, identificando las necesidades de cada cliente y realizando diagnósticos de piel y asesoramiento de producto.
  • Construir relaciones de confianza con los clientes, fomentando su satisfacción y fidelización.

Operativa de tienda

  • Colaborar en la consecución de los objetivos comerciales de la tienda.
  • Participar en la gestión de producto, inventario y visual merchandising.
  • Gestionar las operaciones de caja, apertura y cierre del punto de venta.

Your profile

  • Pasión por la cosmética y afinidad con la marca y los valores de COCUNAT.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en ventas y atención al cliente en tienda.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en el sector cosmético.
  • Perfil proactivo, resolutivo, flexible y con orientación comercial.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y conocimiento de los principales KPI comerciales.
  • Dominio del español y nivel intermedio de inglés.
  • Disponibilidad inmediata para incorporarse durante la campaña de Black Friday y Navidad.
