VOS TÂCHES PRINCIPALES :

Organisation de la production

  • Superviser et assurer les lancements de production en collaboration avec le département planning
  • Assurer une bonne conduite de la production pour garantir le respect des volumes, des coûts, de la qualité et des délais fixés
  • Appuyer les collaborateurs dans les mises au point de la production
  • Analyser la performance, les volumes produits et identifier les éventuels retards ou anomalies en lien avec le directeur de production et le planning
  • Organiser l'entretien correctif des équipements et des installations en lien avec le département maintenance

Management et encadrement des équipes

  • Encadrer les équipes au quotidien et promouvoir la polyvalence
  • Piloter l'intégration des nouvelles recrues, structurer les parcours de formation et pérenniser la transmission des savoir\-faire
  • Veiller à la bonne communication interne et résoudre les conflits ou problèmes du quotidien
  • Organiser et suivre les entretiens du personnel

Contrôle et qualité

  • Assurer et surveiller l’application des exigences de la qualité
  • Faire respecter rigoureusement les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et environnementales sur le site de production
