Job Description

Au quotidien, et dans le respect des règles Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement (QHSE), vous coordonnez les activités afin de garantir le bon déroulement des processus de production ainsi que la performance opérationnelle et économique de l’atelier.

Vos missions :

  • Animer et gérer l’équipe de production par délégation du responsable de production et assurer, le cas échéant, l’organisation et le suivi du planning,
  • Garantir l’utilisation optimisée de la matière dans le respect des rythmes et des exigences du process de transformation,
  • Assurer la responsabilité du matériel et du produit fini et rendre compte régulièrement de votre activité, au responsable,
  • Veiller au respect des cahiers des charges et des standards de production,
  • Assurer la remontée d’information au responsable de production
  • Assurer l’interface avec les services fonctionnels du site, maintenance, QHSE, RH
  • Participer à l’analyse des dysfonctionnements/pannes, assurer la liaison avec le service maintenance pour la gestion préventive et curative des équipements,
  • Manager les chefs d’équipes et les fromagers, notamment en réalisant les entretiens annuels du personnel,
  • Assurer le remplacement du responsable de production et des chefs d’équipe,
  • Faire appliquer les règles d’hygiène, sécurité et qualité en vigueur dans l’entreprise,
  • Connaitre et mettre en œuvre les engagements qualité/sécurité de la direction,
  • Faire appliquer les règles HACCP et notamment les points critiques spécifiques aux postes.
  • Participer aux inventaires physiques des stocks,

Formation et expérience :

  • BTS (ou équivalent) ou expérience professionnelle significative en milieu industriel laitier,
  • Expérience en management d’équipe et en environnement de production.
  • Connaissance indispensable en technologie laitière / fromagère.

  • Organisation, rigueur et sens des responsabilités,
  • Exigence quant au respect des standards de fabrication
  • Capacités managériales et relationnelles,
  • Réactivité et capacité d’adaptation,
  • Respect des règles de confidentialité et de discrétion,
  • Travail en 1x8, astreintes week-ends et jours fériés à définir
