Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst moderne Softwarelösungen gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden.
  • Du berätst zu Softwarearchitekturen, Entwicklungsprozessen und dem passenden Einsatz von KI-Technologien.
  • Du identifizierst Potenziale für den Einsatz von AI – von der Unterstützung in der Softwareentwicklung bis hin zu intelligenten Anwendungen.
  • Du arbeitest mit modernen Technologien, Cloud-Plattformen und aktuellen Entwicklungswerkzeugen.
  • Du gestaltest in agilen Teams gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden nachhaltige und zukunftsfähige Softwarelösungen.
  • Du bringst deine Perspektiven und Erfahrungen in interdisziplinäre Teams ein und förderst den Wissensaustausch innerhalb unserer Community.
  • Du entwickelst dich fachlich weiter und teilst dein Wissen mit anderen.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung moderner Softwarelösungen.
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer objektorientierten oder funktionalen Programmiersprache.
  • Du kennst moderne Softwarearchitekturen und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien wie AWS, Azure oder Google Cloud.
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Technologien, beispielsweise LLMs, AI-Frameworks oder modernen Entwicklungswerkzeugen.
  • Du kannst technische Zusammenhänge verständlich vermitteln und gemeinsam mit Kunden passende Lösungen entwickeln.
  • Du arbeitest gerne in agilen, crossfunktionalen Teams und bringst dich aktiv in die Zusammenarbeit ein.
  • Du bist neugierig, lernbereit und hast Freude daran, neue Technologien zu erkunden und sinnvoll einzusetzen.
  • Branchenkenntnisse in Insurance, Retail oder Manufacturing sind ein Plus.
  • Wir arbeiten hybrid: Regelmäßiger persönlicher Austausch ist uns wichtig, um Zusammenarbeit zu fördern. Daher ist es für dich selbstverständlich, deine Kunden während wichtiger Projektphasen und Meetings direkt vor Ort zu begleiten. Du pflegst gerne die kollegialen Beziehungen, indem du mindestens alle paar Wochen im Büro bist und an unseren Team-Events teilnimmst.
