Willkommen bei codecentric

Dokumente sind der Ausgangspunkt vieler Geschäftsprozesse. Im Bereich Input Management sorgen wir bei codecentric AG, dass Informationen zuverlässig erkannt, verstanden und dort ankommen, wo sie gebraucht werden.

Gemeinsam mit unseren Kund*innen entwickeln wir Lösungen rund um modernes Input Management und Document Intelligence. Wir setzen auf etablierte Produkte wie Insiders Technologies oder Paradatec und kombinieren sie mit durchdachter Integration und Prozessautomatisierung. Du begleitest Projekte von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Einsatz – mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und engem Austausch mit unseren Kund*innen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse, verstehst die Anforderungen unserer Kundinnen und Kunden und entwickelst gemeinsam passende Lösungen.
  • Du konfigurierst und optimierst Lösungen zur Dokumentenerkennung und steigerst kontinuierlich deren Qualität und Automatisierungsgrad.
  • Du gestaltest Validierungs- und Korrekturprozesse so, dass Mensch und Technologie optimal zusammenarbeiten.
  • Du integrierst die Lösungen über Schnittstellen in bestehende Systemlandschaften – beispielsweise mit BPMN, Camunda oder n8n.
  • Je nach Projekt übernimmst du unterschiedliche Rollen, etwa in der Beratung, Systemintegration, technischen Umsetzung oder Projektkoordination.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung in der IT-Beratung, Business Analyse oder im Anforderungsmanagement.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Input Management, Intelligent Document Processing oder Dokumentenverarbeitung – oder die Motivation, dich in diesem Umfeld intensiv weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Technisches Verständnis für Konfiguration und Integration, z. B. im Java- oder .NET-Umfeld, mit APIs, Datenformaten oder Skripting.
  • Freude daran, gemeinsam mit Kundinnen und Kunden pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln und langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung in Projekten zu übernehmen.
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit – sowohl im Team als auch hybrid mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden.

Nice to have:

  • Erfahrung mit Produkten wie Insiders Technologies (SmartFIX / OmnIA), Paradatec, ABBYY, Tungsten Automation oder OpenText.
  • Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung oder -orchestrierung, z. B. mit BPMN, Camunda oder n8n.
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit KI- oder Machine-Learning-Verfahren in der Dokumentenverarbeitung.
