Für unser 4-köpfiges People Operations Team in Solingen suchen wir ab Dezember 2026 genau dich! Bei uns kochst du keinen Kaffee, sondern bist mittendrin im Geschehen. Wir bieten dir die perfekte Mischung aus klassischem HR-Tagesgeschäft und absoluten Zukunftsthemen. Egal, ob es um die Umstellung auf digitale Personalakten oder smarte KI-Prozesse geht – bei uns sammelst du wertvolle Praxiserfahrung und kannst wirklich etwas bewegen.

Wir freuen uns auf deine Unterstützung für mindestens 14 Stunden in der Woche, zunächst auf 1 Jahr befristet. Da uns der persönliche Austausch wichtig ist, setzen wir auf ein hybrides Modell mit mindestens 50% Büropräsenz.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Von analog zu digital: Du bist unser Profi für die digitale Personalakte! Du überführst Papierakten in unser System, hast Aufbewahrungsfristen und Löschungen im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Dokumente immer den höchsten internen Standards entsprechen.
  • Zukunft gestalten: HR und künstliche Intelligenz? Oh ja! Du wirkst aktiv bei der Umsetzung von spannenden KI-Themen in unserem Personalbereich mit.
  • Operativer Support: Du hältst unserem Team im Tagesgeschäft den Rücken frei und erstellst unter anderem professionelle Arbeitszeugnisse.
  • Blick über den Tellerrand: Du tauchst tief in unsere strategischen Themen ein und unterstützt uns bei Organisationsentwicklungs-Projekten sowie im Bereich Compensation & Benefits.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Tech-Liebe: Du hast eine echte Affinität für Technologie und begeisterst dich für KI-Themen.
  • Erstes HR-Know-how: Durch dein Studium (idealerweise mit HR-Schwerpunkt) oder erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Personalverwaltung bringst du bereits ein gutes Gespür dafür mit, worauf es im HR-Alltag ankommt.
  • Absolute Verlässlichkeit: Diskretion und Verschwiegenheit sind für dich in der Arbeit mit sensiblen Personaldaten eine absolute Selbstverständlichkeit.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du organisierst dich gerne selbst, arbeitest strukturiert und bringst eine ordentliche Portion Serviceorientierung für unsere Mitarbeitenden mit.
