Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un/a Cloud Analyst / Engineer Ssr / Sr para acompañar a las áreas de negocio y equipos de Tecnología en el análisis, diseño, habilitación e implementación de soluciones de infraestructura, plataformas y servicios tecnológicos para un importante cliente bancario.

En este rol actuarás como facilitador entre las necesidades del negocio y las capacidades de Infraestructura & Producción, participando activamente en iniciativas de modernización tecnológica, adopción Cloud, automatización e infraestructura híbrida, contribuyendo a la evolución de los servicios desde arquitecturas On-Premise hacia modelos modernos, escalables y resilientes.

¿Qué vas a hacer en este rol? (Responsabilidades)

  • Relevar y analizar requerimientos de infraestructura y plataformas tecnológicas.
  • Coordinar con equipos de Arquitectura, Desarrollo, SRE, Seguridad y Operaciones.
  • Participar en iniciativas de adopción Cloud y modernización tecnológica.
  • Gestionar dependencias, riesgos y seguimiento de iniciativas.
  • Elaborar documentación técnica y funcional.
  • Participar en procesos de automatización e Infraestructura como Código (IaC).
  • Colaborar en actividades de observabilidad, monitoreo, FinOps y gobierno Cloud.
  • Coordinar con proveedores y áreas internas para asegurar la correcta implementación de soluciones.

Requisitos

  • Formación académica: Graduado/a o estudiante avanzado de Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería Electrónica, Licenciatura en Análisis de Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en Infraestructura TI, Cloud o arquitectura tecnológica.
  • Experiencia en participación de proyectos de implementación tecnológica y ambientes híbridos (On-Premise y Cloud).
  • Conocimientos de infraestructura de servidores (Windows y Linux) y redes / conectividad.
  • Manejo comprobable de nubes públicas: AWS (preferentemente), Azure y/o GCP.
  • Experiencia o conocimientos en virtualización.
  • Manejo de herramientas de Infraestructura como Código (IaC) como Terraform, Git y automatización.
  • Conocimiento de marcos de trabajo y herramientas ITIL / ITSM.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, gestión de stakeholders, capacidad analítica, organización y trabajo colaborativo.

Será un plus (Deseable)

  • Certificaciones en AWS, Azure, ITIL, Scrum o similares.
  • Experiencia previa en banca, fintech o industrias reguladas.
  • Experiencia con Jira Service Management.
  • Conocimientos o práctica en observabilidad y monitoreo de entornos Cloud.
