Buscamos un Senior AI Engineer con un perfil fuertemente orientado a la ejecución (hands-on). En este rol, serás la pieza clave para convertir diseños arquitectónicos en soluciones reales de IA generativa y multimodal funcionando en producción. Tendrás el espacio para aportar tu criterio técnico, influir en las decisiones del día a día y construir productos innovadores dentro de un equipo ágil, colaborativo y de alto impacto.

Lo que puedes esperar de este rol (Responsabilidades)

  • Desarrollo end-to-end: Implementar soluciones basadas en LLMs, agentes autónomos y capacidades multimodales (voz, imágenes, texto).
  • Integración: Desarrollar y conectar integraciones robustas con APIs REST y sistemas empresariales existentes.
  • Ingeniería de IA: Implementar técnicas avanzadas como Prompting, Tool Calling, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) y diseñar mecanismos de evaluación de modelos.
  • Ciclo de vida del modelo: Participar activamente en procesos de fine-tuning, pruebas, desarrollo de pilotos y despliegues a producción.
  • Calidad y Resiliencia: Implementar observabilidad, controles de calidad y estrategias de fallbacks para garantizar la estabilidad de las soluciones.
  • Mejora continua y diseño: Proponer mejoras técnicas, advertir riesgos a tiempo y mantener una documentación clara y disciplinada de todo lo construido, convirtiendo los diseños de arquitectura en soluciones operativas.

Requisitos excluyentes

  • Experiencia General: 3+ años de experiencia comprobable en desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia en IA: 2+ años trabajando directamente con soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial, Machine Learning o Generative AI.
  • Core Technology Stack: Experiencia avanzada programando en Python y construyendo soluciones con LLMs y APIs de modelos.
  • Frameworks: Experiencia práctica con frameworks de agentes como LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel o similares.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Conocimiento del ecosistema Cloud (Azure, AWS o GCP) y familiaridad con entornos modernos (Docker, Git, CI/CD).
  • Integraciones: Experiencia integrando APIs REST y servicios de terceros.
  • IA Avanzada: Experiencia utilizando Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry y trabajando con soluciones multimodales (procesamiento de voz e imágenes).
  • Cualidades y Soft Skills: Trabajo colaborativo, apertura al feedback dentro de un equipo pequeño, autonomía alineada a decisiones de arquitectura, comunicación clara, criterio técnico y fuerte capacidad de ejecución.

Deseables

  • Optimización: Experiencia comprobable en fine-tuning y evaluación de modelos.
  • Observabilidad: Conocimiento en herramientas específicas para IA como Langfuse, LangSmith o similares.
  • Gateways: Experiencia con MCP, LiteLLM o implementación de gateways de modelos.
  • Canales Conversacionales: Experiencia desarrollando integraciones para WhatsApp, web chats u otras plataformas de mensajería.
