Sobre el rol

Buscamos un/a Retail Project Manager with Store Experience / POS expertise para liderar iniciativas tecnológicas centradas en sistemas de Punto de Venta (POS) y tecnología de tiendas.

Este puesto es para un profesional con una sólida experiencia en entornos minoristas, operaciones de tienda e implementaciones tecnológicas, con experiencia práctica en la gestión de proyectos de POS, coordinación de equipos multifuncionales y entrega de soluciones tecnológicas en tiendas minoristas. Se requiere un profesional con gran capacidad de trato con el cliente para gestionar partes interesadas, coordinar proveedores y garantizar la entrega exitosa de proyectos en un entorno minorista de ritmo rápido.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar la gestión de proyectos de principio a fin para iniciativas de tecnología minorista, particularmente implementaciones, actualizaciones, integraciones y lanzamientos en tiendas de POS.
  • Coordinar a las partes interesadas del negocio y los equipos multifuncionales, incluidos TI, arquitectura, desarrollo, QA, implementación y soporte.
  • Gestionar proveedores externos y garantizar la alineación en el alcance del proyecto, los cronogramas, los entregables y las dependencias.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de operaciones minoristas para comprender los requisitos de la tienda y minimizar la interrupción de las operaciones diarias.
  • Supervisar la planificación, ejecución, gestión de riesgos, resolución de problemas e informes de progreso del proyecto.
  • Gestionar las expectativas de las partes interesadas y comunicar eficazmente el estado del proyecto, los riesgos y los hitos.
  • Coordinar las integraciones de POS con soluciones de pago, gestión de inventario, CRM, programas de fidelización y plataformas de comercio electrónico.
  • Garantizar la implementación y adopción exitosas de soluciones de tecnología de tiendas en entornos minoristas.

Requisitos / Habilidades Requeridas

  • Experiencia sólida en gestión de proyectos dentro de la industria minorista.
  • Experiencia con la experiencia en tienda y la tecnología de tiendas.
  • Buen conocimiento de los entornos de Punto de Venta (POS).
  • Experiencia en la gestión de implementaciones, actualizaciones, integraciones o despliegues en múltiples tiendas de POS.
  • Buena comprensión de las operaciones de las tiendas minoristas.
  • Experiencia en la coordinación de equipos de negocio, TI, arquitectura, desarrollo, QA, implementación y soporte, así como de proveedores externos.
  • Sólidas habilidades para el trato con el cliente, de comunicación y de gestión de partes interesadas.
  • Experiencia en la gestión del alcance del proyecto, cronogramas, riesgos, dependencias y entregables.
  • Dominio del inglés y el español.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia con plataformas POS empresariales.
  • Experiencia con despliegues minoristas a gran escala o en varios países.
  • Conocimiento de las integraciones de POS con soluciones de pago, gestión de inventario, CRM, programas de fidelización o plataformas de comercio electrónico.
  • Experiencia con iniciativas de transformación minorista u omnicanal.
  • Certificación PMP, PRINCE2 o equivalente en gestión de proyectos.
