## Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Java Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience working in enterprise-level Java applications, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. This role will require strong technical leadership and a focus on performance optimization and code quality.

## Responsibilities - Demonstrate strong technical leadership: guide the team, perform code reviews, unblock technical issues, and predict risks. - Optimize performance of Java applications for efficiency and scalability. - Ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code by following best practices. - Contribute to design and define/review implementation details of the features handled by the team. - Display strong knowledge of design patterns. - Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure goal alignment. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout development. - Consistently meet deadlines and project commitments. - Actively engage in all development stages from planning, execution, delivery, and support. - Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve coding practices.

## Qualifications - Technical Skills (Must have): - Java - Servlet - MS SQL Database - H2 Database - Tomcat Server - Spring Boot - Development Design Patterns - Cloud Services Experience (Azure/AWS) - GitHub - JUnit - UML

## Experience - 9 years and above in enterprise-level Java applications.

## Environment - Location options include Chennai or Coimbatore.
