## Job Summary We are seeking a talented Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of server-side applications using Node.js, ensuring a seamless integration with front-end technologies. This role is crucial for supporting our organization’s goals by enhancing our web application functionality and performance.

## Responsibilities - Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js and related technologies. - Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic through RESTful APIs. - Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

## Qualifications - Proficient in Node.js, JavaScript, and related frameworks. - Experience with database management systems, such as MongoDB or MySQL. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks). - Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of Docker and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Understanding of agile development methodologies.

## Experience - A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in developing applications using Node.js.
