## Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Node.js Developer with strong backend development expertise and experience in the fintech domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance financial applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and DevOps engineers to design and develop cutting-edge fintech solutions.

## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js. - Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and product teams to deliver secure and scalable fintech applications. - Implement payment gateways, transaction processing, and integration with banking/financial APIs. - Ensure compliance with data security standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.) and follow best practices in authentication and authorization. - Optimize application performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting production issues. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. - Stay updated with the latest fintech trends, technologies, and regulations.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3–7 years of professional experience in backend development. - Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development. - Experience with databases – MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. - Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience in fintech use cases such as digital wallets, payment processing, KYC/AML, loan management, or trading platforms. - Strong understanding of data security, encryption, and compliance in financial systems. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.

## Preferred Skills - Experience integrating third-party financial APIs (Plaid, Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, etc.). - Knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, or DeFi protocols. - Familiarity with performance tuning and scaling high-volume transaction systems. - Understanding of domain-driven design (DDD) and clean architecture principles.
