Masz już za sobą pierwsze kroki w IT i chcesz wejść na kolejny level? Świetnie się składa – właśnie szukamy kogoś, kto ogarnia podstawy, potrafi pomóc użytkownikom w codziennych wyzwaniach i ma zajawkę na rozwój w IT, a na dodatek wypije przy tym najlepszą kawę.

Będziesz odpowiedzialny/a odpowiedzialna za:

  • Identyfikację i weryfikację zgłoszonych błędów;
  • Obsługę kolejki zgłoszeń według ustalonego SLA;
  • Wsparcie współpracowników w zakresie oferowanych rozwiązań IT;
  • Udzielanie informacji zwrotnej o statusach zgłoszonych zadań;
  • Tworzenie kont pracowniczych i nadawanie uprawnień;
  • Zarządzanie, serwisowanie i obsługa sprzętu oraz sieci w biurze i naszych kawiarniach w Warszawie.

Chcemy z Tobą pracować, jeśli:

  • Posiadasz ogólną wiedzę w zakresie rozwiązań IT (systemy CMS, ERP, Ecommerce, API);
  • Wiesz jak są zbudowane obecne komputery i potrafisz zmienić ich konfigurację lub wymienić komponenty;
  • Znasz typowe oprogramowanie biurowe - umiesz je instalować i rozwiązywać związane z nim problemy;
  • Jesteś zaznajomiony z sieciami komputerowymi (LAN, WiFi) i wykorzystywanymi w nich urządzeniami;
  • Masz wysokie umiejętności analityczne i myślisz rozwiązaniami;
  • Znasz język angielski na poziomie umożliwiającym rozumienie dokumentacji - B2;
  • Znasz platformy do obsługi zgłoszeń oraz błędów;
  • Umiesz słuchać i komunikować się w asertywny sposób;
  • Poczucie odpowiedzialności i dobra organizacja pracy to Twoje mocne strony;
  • Lubisz pomagać i rozwiązywać problemy;
  • Zagadnienia IT to Twoje zainteresowanie, chcesz się uczyć i rozwijać w tej dziedzinie.
