  • Perfekcyjna obsługa Gości oraz dbanie o jakość świadczonych usług i oferowanych produktów;
  • Zarządzanie przebiegiem zmiany oraz zespołem pracowników kawiarni: planowanie pracy, motywowanie, delegowanie zadań;
