職務概要：

Cogent Labsは、独自開発の最先端AI（人工知能）を活用し、労働力不足という深刻な課題を抱える日本社会の業務効率の向上に貢献するプロダクトを提供しています。AIプロダクトの研究開発には、世界各国から集まった優秀なメンバーが多く携わっており、国際色豊かな職場です。

現在、Cogent Labsでは次世代AI OCRサービス「SmartRead」をビジネスの中心として、官公庁・金融・製造業をはじめ、様々な業種にてお客様のドキュメントに関する業務効率化を実現するビジネス展開を進めております。今後、さらに多くのお客様の課題を解決しつつ、本プロダクトの導入を円滑、効果的に促進してビジネスを拡大するために、プロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。

このポジションは、お客様の製品・技術導入に向けたプリセールス活動および受注後にはプロジェクトマネジメントに従事し、営業や製品開発部門と連携して、ビジネス目標の実現に向けて推進していく役割を担っていただきます。

職務詳細：

コージェントラボの次世代AIを活用したソリューション提案のためのプリセールス段階での技術コンサルティング、およびプロジェクトマネージャーとしてソリューションの導入をリードするポジションです。

  • プリセールスフェーズでは、顧客ソリューションの技術QA、技術調査、POCリード、提案書作成などを行います。
  • 提案には、単なる製品販売だけでなく、システム開発やサードパーティパートナーとの協業によるアウトソーシングを必要とするソリューション提案も含まれます。
  • システム開発を外部ベンダーに依頼する場合は、ベンダー見積取得、価格交渉も必要な役割となります。
  • ポストセールス段階では、プロジェクトマネージャーとしてソリューション提供業務を管理し、円滑かつ効率的なソリューション提供を実現します。
  • 製品開発チームと技術的なコミュニケーションを図り、将来の製品ロードマップに関する提案を行います。
  • プリセールス、ポストセールスプロジェクトメンバーの管理、サポートを実施します。

必要なスキルや資格 :

＜必須条件＞

プロジェクトマネージャーとして、提案書作成、ソリューションデリバリーの経験・スキルをお持ちの方

  • システム開発のプロジェクトマネージャーとしての実務経験5年以上
  • アウトソーシングパートナーのマネジメント経験
  • 社内外との円滑なコミュニケーション能力、必要書類の作成能力（主に日本語）
  • システム基盤技術（サーバ、APIを利用した開発、クラウド基盤、非機能要件）に関する基礎知識
  • SaaSまたはPaaS製品を用いたソリューション提案および導入経験
  • PMPまたは情報処理技術者プロジェクトマネージャ資格保有者（または同等の知識・経験を有する者）

  • ソリューション導入を支援するコンサルティングスキル
  • AI関連システムの導入経験
  • AWS、GCP、Azureなどのクラウド基盤構築経験

労働条件/処遇等:

  • 給与：年収：920万円～1,500万円 詳細：月次給：666,669円～1,086,958円 基本給 433,165円＋固定残業代 [45時間分] 152,285円 ＋固定深夜手当 [20時間分] 81,219円 ～ 基本給 706,246円＋固定残業代 [45時間分]248,290円 ＋固定深夜手当 [20時間分] 132,422円 ※45時間を超える時間外労働分、深夜時間外労働分については、別途割増賃金を支給します ※基本給は経験・能力に応じ決定いたします ※交通費別途支給
