職務概要：

Cogent Labsは、独自開発の最先端AI（人工知能）を活用し、労働力不足という深刻な課題を抱える日本社会の業務効率の向上に貢献するプロダクトを提供しています。AIプロダクトの研究開発には、世界各国から集まった優秀なメンバーが多く携わっており、国際色豊かな職場です。

現在、Cogent Labsでは次世代AI OCRサービス「SmartRead」をビジネスの中心として、官公庁・金融・製造業をはじめ、様々な業種にてお客様のドキュメントに関する業務効率化を実現するビジネス展開を進めております。今後、さらに多くのお客様の課題を解決しつつ、本プロダクトの導入を円滑、効果的に促進してビジネスを拡大するために、ソリューションエンジニアを募集しています。

このポジションは、お客様の製品・技術導入に向けたプリセールス活動および受注後には顧客向けソリューションの開発作業に従事し、営業や製品開発部門と連携して、ビジネス目標の実現に向けて推進していく役割を担っていただきます。

職務詳細：

クライアントの課題解決に向けて、クライアントの既存システムと自社開発の「SmartRead」を用いて業務フローをシームレスに連携可能とするアプリケーションの開発・導入を推進していただきます。

  • 上流工程：お客様課題のヒアリングから要件定義、基本設計を担当。「SmartRead」と周辺システムを組み合わせた最適なソリューションを提案します。
  • チーム連携：ProductManagementチームと連携し、お客様からの要件にたいして、「SmartRead」と周辺システムを組み合わせた実現案を検討いただきます。
  • 開発フェーズ：ウォーターフォールやアジャイルといった開発手法に合わせて開発を担っていただきます。また、社内の製品開発チームおよび外部ベンダーと協業し、最適なシステム化を目指して開発を進めていただきます。

必要なスキルや資格 :

＜必須条件＞

  • 開発〜導入における一貫したプロジェクト経験：以下の開発言語およびデータベースのいずれかを組み合わせて、設計・開発から本番導入までを一気通貫して実施した経験・スキルをお持ちの方（5年以上）
  • 言語：Java/Pythonのいずれか一つ
  • データベース：Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQLのいずれか一つ
  • アジャイル開発：お客様と密に連携し、柔軟に要件を受け入れスピード感をもってアジャイル開発にてプロジェクトを実施した経験・スキルをお持ちの方
  • インフラの基礎知識：Linux/Unix環境を使ったアプリケーション開発した経験・スキルをお持ちの方
  • 業務プロセス改善プロジェクトに携わった経験：公共、金融、製造業等で業務プロセスの効率化やバックオフィス業務の経費削減に関するプロジェクトで開発を行った経験・スキルをお持ちの方
  • プロジェクトメンバーとのコミュニケーション：プロジェクトメンバーとコミュニケーションし、状況に応じて作業の優先度やシステム実現案を整理できる経験・スキルをお持ちの方

  • AI関連システムの導入経験やAIツールを使った業務の効率化やアプリケーションの品質向上を行った経験
  • AWS、GCP、Azureなどのクラウドを使ったシステムの導入や環境構築を行った経験
  • 多国籍の方との英語でのコミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方（文書、口頭）
  • 課題解決に向けてお客様へシステムの実現案を提案した経験
  • GitHubを用いた開発経験
  • ShellScriptやExcel VBAを用いて業務の効率化につながるツールを作成した経験
  • プロジェクトリーダーとしての開発グループ内管理経験

労働条件/処遇等:

  • 給与：年収：630万円～860万円 詳細：月次給：458,334 円～625,002 円 基本給 339,114 円＋固定残業代 [45時間分] ¥119,220 円 ～ 基本給 406,092 円＋固定残業代 [45時間分]142,767 円 ＋固定深夜手当 [20時間分] 76,143 円 ※45時間を超える時間外労働分、深夜時間外労働分については、別途割増賃金を支給します ※基本給は経験・能力に応じ決定いたします ※交通費別途支給
