Reporting into the Global Digital Network, this leader will partner across Digital, Technology, Communications, HR, and Business teams to mobilize global employee populations around enterprise priorities. This role requires a highly strategic and creative thinker who is equally comfortable influencing executives, shaping narratives, building capability, and driving execution.

This is a lean, hands-on role. The successful candidate will personally develop communication strategies, executive messaging, transformation narratives, adoption approaches, leadership resources, and engagement plans while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Partner with business, technology, and digital leaders to accelerate the adoption of new capabilities, tools, and ways of working.
  • Translate complex business, technology, and AI initiatives into compelling, actionable narratives.
  • Drive measurable adoption and business impact across large employee populations.

Communications & Storytelling

  • Develop executive communications, transformation narratives, presentations, town halls, and enterprise messaging strategies.
  • Create communication plans that build understanding, excitement, and commitment to transformation efforts.
  • Help leaders communicate change effectively and consistently across diverse global audiences.
  • Ensure communications are engaging, audience-centric, and aligned to business outcomes.

Leadership Capability & Mobilization

  • Build scalable approaches that strengthen leader readiness and organizational capability.
  • Create playbooks, resources, and tools that help leaders guide teams through transformation.
  • Establish leader and influencer networks that accelerate adoption and reinforce desired behaviors.
  • Support capability-building efforts that enable sustainable transformation outcomes.

Transformation Execution

  • Manage multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate effectively with limited agency, consulting, or external support.
  • Use data and insights to assess adoption, identify risks, and adjust strategies.
  • Collaborate across global functions, operating units, and markets to drive alignment and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation, communications, capability-building, digital adoption, or organizational transformation initiatives within large global organizations.
  • Demonstrated success influencing enterprise-wide transformations impacting large, geographically dispersed workforces.
  • Strong executive communications and storytelling experience.
  • Experience supporting digital, technology, AI, data, or operating model transformations.
  • Proven ability to mobilize leaders and employee populations around strategic business initiatives.
  • Experience operating within global functions supporting multiple regions and cultures.
  • Ability to work effectively in lean, highly matrixed environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within technology, digital-first, consulting, innovation-led, agency, or similarly complex global organizations.
  • Experience supporting AI adoption, digital transformation, and future-of-work initiatives.
  • Experience building enterprise-wide capability, adoption, or mobilization programs.
  • Strong understanding of how communications, capability building, and transformation work together to drive business outcomes.

Success Profile

The ideal candidate:

  • Combines creativity, strategic thinking, and digital fluency.
  • Is equally strong in communications, transformation, and leadership capability.
  • Brings fresh perspectives and challenges conventional thinking.
  • Translates complex technology and AI concepts into practical action.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
