Job Description Summary:

Senior Manager, Consumer Product Manager

The Coca‑Cola Company is evolving into a more digital‑first, data‑driven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate the KO system’s next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end‑to‑end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.

This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation, it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain‑based, product‑centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Consumer Product Manager plays a key role in advancing Coca‑Cola’s digital transformation by designing, delivering, and optimizing consumer‑facing digital products that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth. This role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of digital products that enable seamless, personalized, and data‑driven consumer experiences across channels and markets.

Operating within a product‑centric digital model, this role partners with cross‑functional teams including marketing, consumer experience, data, and technology to translate business needs and consumer insights into scalable digital solutions. The Senior Manager ensures that digital products are aligned with enterprise strategy and are continuously improved based on performance data, user feedback, and evolving market needs.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, product management expertise, and executional rigor. The position directly contributes to Coca‑Cola’s digital growth engine by ensuring digital products deliver measurable business outcomes and enhance consumer connections at scale.

What You will do for us

  • Define and execute product strategies for consumer‑facing digital products aligned to enterprise digital transformation priorities
  • Manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, launch, and continuous optimization
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate consumer insights and business requirements into product features and roadmaps
  • Embed data, analytics, and artificial intelligence into product design to enable personalization, optimization, and performance tracking
  • Drive adoption of a product‑centric operating model, ensuring iterative delivery and continuous value creation
  • Establish and monitor product performance metrics to measure impact on engagement, growth, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with engineering and digital teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performing product solutions
  • Prioritize product backlog based on business value, user needs, and enterprise strategy alignment
  • Enable seamless integration of digital products across platforms and touchpoints to deliver cohesive consumer journeys
  • Lead experimentation and test‑and‑learn initiatives to continuously improve product performance and user experience
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and effective communication across business, product, and technology teams
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and consumer trends to identify innovation opportunities

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, digital product development, or related roles in a digital environment
  • Proven experience managing consumer‑facing digital products and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile or product‑centric delivery methodologies
  • Experience leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, customer data systems, and integration of front‑end and back‑end technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a matrixed organization
  • Experience prioritizing and managing product backlogs based on data‑driven insights
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders
  • Continuous learning mindset with an interest in digital innovation and emerging technology trends

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
