Notre établissement :

Petite structure familiale et conviviale accueillant 46 résidents, la résidence Ameyzieu est située entre Culoz et Artemare, à proximité de Belley.

Notre accompagnement des résidents est basé sur les thérapies non médicamenteuses, le respect de la singularité de chacun. Le travail pluridisciplinaire est valorisé: cadre infirmière, médecin coordonnateur, neuropsychologue, infirmiers, aides-soignants, agents hôteliers.

Condition de travail: Travail en 10h sur une amplitude de 12h avec 2h de pause, 1WE/2. Salle de pause aménagée et confortable, salle de sport. Etablissement entièrement équipé de rails de transfert dans chaque chambre

Rémunération: reprise d'ancienneté, participation, avantage en nature (repas)

Description du poste

Votre quotidien chez nous :

Participer à l'animation de la vie sociale de la personne : Vous accompagnez les personnes accueillies dans les actes de la vie quotidienne

Etre moteur et référent dans l'accompagnement individualisé : Vous prenez part assurer le suivi quotidien du projet d'accompagnement personnalisé des résidents

Développer l'autonomie des personnes et favorisez leur intégration sociale : Vous agissez sur les interactions entre résidents et prenez part aux projets.

Prévenir tout types de risques : Vous veillez à la sécurité physique et morale des résidents et prévenez les risques.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

Si vous êtes titulaire du diplôme d'Aide médico-psychologique, que vous avez une première expérience auprès des personnes âgées et que vous avez l'esprit CORE (COhésion, Respect, Engagement), rejoignez-nous !
