La Résidence Le Pardigaou est un EHPAD situé au Pradet, dans un cadre agréable à proximité de la mer. Elle dispose de 80 lits, dont 14 en Unité de Vie Protégée (UVP), permettant d’accueillir des personnes atteintes de troubles cognitifs dans un environnement sécurisé et adapté. L’établissement allie qualité de l’accompagnement, bien-être des résidents et ouverture sur l’extérieur, dans un esprit de bienveillance et de respect de chacun.

Vous êtes aide-soignant(e) diplômé(e) ou Faisant Fonction avec expérience et souhaitez vous investir auprès des personnes âgées dans un cadre bienveillant, dynamique et à taille humaine ? Rejoignez notre équipe !

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recrutons un(e) aide-soignant(e) en CDD de jour pour une durée de quelques mois.

✅ Vos missions :

  • Accompagner les résidents dans les gestes de la vie quotidienne dans le respect de leur dignité et de leur autonomie
  • Assurer les soins d’hygiène, de confort et de prévention en lien avec l’équipe soignante
  • Participer à la surveillance de l’état de santé des résidents
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les infirmiers(ères), les équipes d’animation et les familles
  • Contribuer à un accompagnement individualisé dans une ambiance chaleureuse et bienveillante

🕐 Conditions :

  • Poste en CDD long de jour
  • Horaires en 12h00
  • Roulement fixe
  • Travail un week-end sur deux

👤 Profil recherché :

  • Sens de l’écoute, esprit d’équipe et bienveillance indispensables
  • Une première expérience en EHPAD est un plus mais les profils débutants motivés sont les bienvenus
