Description du poste

Votre quotidien chez nous :

Assurer une prise en charge adaptée à chaque résident de l'établissement dès son admission dans l'établissement (évaluation formalisée, avis sur les admissions des résidents, définitions du projet de soins)

Participer à la démarche qualité, la gestion des risques, et au développement des bonnes pratiques professionnelles de l'équipe soignante

Participer à la formation du personnel soignant de l'EHPAD

Garantir la continuité des soins, organiser leur permanence et la coordination des professionnels de santé, en collaboration avec l'IDEC.

Manager les équipes de santé en tant que membre du Comité de Direction

Qualifications

Docteur(e) en médecine inscrit à l'ordre des médecins avec une expérience d'au moins 5 ans, si possible en milieu gériatrique, vous possédez également certaines qualités managériales et avez le sens des responsabilités.
