Description du poste

OFFRE D’EMPLOI – Faisant Fonction d’Aide-Soignant (H/F)

Nous recherchons un(e) Faisant Fonction d’Aide-Soignant(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein de notre EHPAD, dans un environnement bienveillant, dynamique et axé sur la qualité de l’accompagnement des résidents.

Type de contrat :

  • Contrat à durée indéterminée (CDD) – 35 heures hebdomadaires
  • 1 week-end travaillé sur 2
  • 3 jours de repos par semaine

Missions principales :

  • Accompagner les résidents dans les actes essentiels de la vie quotidienne : toilette, habillage, déplacements, repas
  • Participer à la surveillance de l’état général des résidents
  • Contribuer au confort et au bien-être physique et moral des personnes âgées
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe soignante et participer à la continuité des soins

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience dans le secteur médico-social appréciée
  • Sens de l’écoute, de l’organisation et du travail en équipe
  • Motivation, rigueur et respect du cadre éthique de la prise en charge en EHPAD
  • Une formation ou un projet d’intégration vers le diplôme d’aide-soignant est un plus
