Notre établissement accueille 80 habitants, dont 15 en unité protégée, dans un cadre de vie chaleureux et familial. En chambre simple ou double, nos résidents bénéficient d’un suivi médical de qualité, d’une cuisine entièrement faite sur place et d’activités quotidiennes diverses et variées. Nos équipes pluridisciplinaires, passionnées et engagées, assurent un accompagnement individualisé selon les besoins diagnostiqués de chaque résident de notre maison de retraite.

Description du poste

EHPAD Le Pradet (83) – Recherche un(e) Faisant Fonction d’Aide-Soignant(e) (FFAS) – CDD long

L’EHPAD du Pradet, établissement public médico-social de 80 lits situé dans le département du Var, recrute un(e) Faisant Fonction d’Aide-Soignant(e) dans le cadre d’un remplacement de longue durée.

Missions principales :

  • Assurer les soins d’hygiène et de confort aux résidents dans le respect de leur autonomie et de leur dignité
  • Participer à l’accompagnement global des personnes âgées dans leur quotidien
  • Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe soignante et pluridisciplinaire
  • Contribuer à la qualité de vie en EHPAD et au bien-être des résidents

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience souhaitée dans l’accompagnement des personnes âgées ou en structure médico-sociale
  • Sens de l’écoute, bienveillance, discrétion et esprit d’équipe
  • Ponctualité, rigueur et adaptabilité

Conditions du poste :

  • Contrat à durée déterminée (CDD long)
  • Temps plein
  • Horaires en roulement (matin / soir / week-end)

Qualifications

Poste ouvert aux personnes non diplômées mais ayant déjà exercé sur des fonctions similaires.
