Établissement de référence Hautement Certifié par la Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS), la Clinique SMR La Maison Basque accueille des patients âgées nécessitant un accompagnement médicalisé et une prise en charge réadaptative personnalisée et de qualité.

Intégrer notre équipe de nuit composée de 2 aides-soignant(e)s et 1 infirmier(e), c'est rejoindre un établissement à taille humaine qui prend en soins 68 patients et qui privilégie :

  • La qualité des soins et la sécurité des patients : Un environnement structuré, doté d'équipements adaptés et d'une organisation rigoureuse.
  • L'esprit d'équipe et la sérénité du travail nocturne : Une collaboration étroite avec l'équipe soignante de nuit et un relais fluide avec les équipes de jour.
  • La qualité de vie au travail : Une structure ancrée dans un cadre naturel exceptionnel à Cambo-les-Bains, favorisant un climat chaleureux, respectueux et confraternel.

Description du poste

En rejoignant notre équipe, attendez vous à :

  • des nuits sans routine aux côtés des patients et des membres de l'équipe,
  • une souplesse dans votre travail au quotidien,
  • des perspectives de carrière et des formations pour vous révéler,
  • un planning fixe en 12H de travail effectif de 19h30 à 7h30.

Vous êtes infirmier H/F diplômé et passionné.

  • Vous réalisez les diagnostics et soins infirmiers de nuit tout en favorisant le bien être des patients et en respectant les protocoles de soin et d'hygiène.
  • Vous travaillez de
  • Vous êtes le relais des médecins pour les soins et coordonnez les auxiliaires médicaux (psychologue, aides-soignants, remplaçants…)
  • Vous participerez à l'établissement du projet de soin individualisé en le complétant par les spécificités de nuit avec la Cadre de Santé et les médecins.
  • Vous partagez des moments complices avec eux, grâce à votre sourire, votre patience, votre bonne humeur et votre oreille attentive.
