Notre Ehpad Domaine de la Chalouette accueille 91 habitants autonomes ou dépendants dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale. Notre établissement est situé à proximité d’Étampes au cœur d’un domaine boisé. Nous accompagnons nos habitants dans un nouveau projet de vie que nous construisons avec eux. Pour leur bien-être, nous sommes à l’écoute de leurs besoins et leur proposons de nombreuses animations. Nous veillons à échanger avec les proches et les familles sur l’accueil qui vous convient.

Description du poste

Votre quotidien chez nous :

En tant que Psychologue H/F de la structure vous êtes sous la responsabilité du Directeur d'Etablissement et intégré au sein de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire. Vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • Prendre en charge à la fois le résident, son entourage et le personnel individuellement et/ou collectivement selon les problématiques de chacun
  • Accompagner le personnel pluridisciplinaire, contribuer à l'amélioration de la prise en charge des résidents par une sensibilisation de l'équipe aux bases de la psychologie
  • Mettre en place une évaluation cognitive des résidents dès leur admission dans l'établissement
  • Prendre en charge individuellement des résidents, dans le respect de leur projet d'accompagnement personnalisé
  • Assister aux réunions pluridisciplinaires des équipes

Qualifications

Votre profil :

Si vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Master 2 en Psycho-gérontologie, que vous avez une bonne connaissance du public âgé et que vous êtes animé(e) par l'esprit CORE (COhésion, Respect, Engagement), rejoignez-nous !
