Heb jij affiniteit met elektrotechniek en werk je graag aan machines en technische installaties? Wil je elektrische systemen opbouwen, bedraden en aansluiten in plaats van iedere dag hetzelfde werk doen? Dan is deze functie als Elektromonteur / Elektrisch Assemblagemonteur in Barneveld iets voor jou.

Je gaat aan de slag bij een gespecialiseerd technisch familiebedrijf met ruim 100 jaar historie. De organisatie ontwikkelt en bouwt klimaatgestuurde transportoplossingen voor de pluimveesector en staat bekend om haar praktische aanpak, technische kennis en aandacht voor kwaliteit. Er wordt continu gewerkt aan het verbeteren en vernieuwen van producten, met korte lijnen tussen de verschillende technische afdelingen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Elektromonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de elektrische montage van mobiele koelunits. Je zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende elektrische componenten correct worden geïnstalleerd, aangesloten en gecontroleerd.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het aanleggen en aansluiten van kabelbomen tussen generatoren, elektromotoren, ventilatoren, sensoren en besturingsmodules.
  • Het bedraden en afwerken van schakelkasten.
  • Het aansluiten van elektrische voedingssystemen, waaronder 400V-generatorvoedingen.
  • Het monteren en aansluiten van bedieningspanelen en elektrische componenten.
  • Het controleren van aansluitingen, aarding en isolatieweerstand.
  • Het werken aan de hand van elektrische schema’s en technische tekeningen.
  • Het controleren van je eigen werk en signaleren van mogelijke verbeteringen.

Je werkt aan complete technische systemen waarin mechanica, elektrotechniek en besturing samenkomen. Dat maakt het werk afwisselend en biedt volop mogelijkheden om je kennis te verbreden.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een praktisch ingestelde technicus met interesse in elektrotechniek. Je hoeft niet per se al jaren ervaring te hebben met koelunits of mobiele installaties. Een goede technische basis en de motivatie om jezelf te ontwikkelen zijn minstens zo belangrijk.

Je beschikt over:

  • Minimaal mbo-niveau 2 in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting, bent hiervoor in opleiding of hebt gelijkwaardige praktische kennis.
  • Affiniteit met elektrische montage, bekabeling en aansluitwerk.
  • Het vermogen om elektrische schema’s te lezen, of de bereidheid om dit verder te leren.
  • Een nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsgerichte werkhouding.
  • Een praktische instelling en de motivatie om nieuwe technieken te leren.

Ervaring met machinebouw, paneelbouw, schakelkasten of industriële installaties is een pré. Ook kandidaten met een passende technische opleiding die hun eerste stappen in de elektrotechniek willen zetten, zijn welkom.

  • Salaris tot € 4.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en kennis.
  • 26 vakantiedagen en 4 ATV-dagen.
  • Een werkweek van 38,75 uur.
  • Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Metaal en Techniek.
  • Mogelijkheid tot overwerk op dinsdag- en donderdagavond en in het weekend, met de toepasselijke toeslagen.

Hoe ziet je werkdag eruit?

Je werkt doorgaans van 07:15 of 07:30 uur tot 16:00 of 16:15 uur. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de elektrische systemen van de koelunits zorgvuldig worden opgebouwd en getest. Je krijgt de kans om je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen en steeds zelfstandiger aan complexe installaties te werken.
