De spil in onderhoud: jij zorgt dat het materieel blijft draaien Ben jij een organisatietalent met een scherp oog voor planning en procesoptimalisatie? Als Service Planner bij de materieelafdeling van een groot bouwbedrijf zorg jij ervoor dat onderhoud en service vlekkeloos verlopen. Je plant monteurs in, coördineert serviceorders en bepaalt waar het onderhoud het beste kan plaatsvinden: op een van de eigen vestigingen of extern.

Dit wordt jouw baan Jij beheert het onderhoudsproces. Je zorgt dat storingen snel worden opgepakt, onderdelen op tijd worden besteld, serviceorders goed worden verwerkt en onderhoud efficiënt wordt ingepland. Het doel: de juiste monteur op de juiste plek, met de juiste middelen.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Onderhoudswerkzaamheden en storingen plannen en coördineren
  • Monteurs inplannen en bepalen waar onderhoud het beste kan plaatsvinden
  • Serviceorders en inkooporders verwerken, zodat de administratie klopt
  • Samen met het verhuurteam onderhoudsprocessen verbeteren
  • Externe partijen benaderen voor uitbesteding waar nodig

Over de organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een onafhankelijk familiebedrijf dat al generaties lang bouwt aan Nederland, in woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw, infrastructuur en techniek. Het is een van de grote spelers in de Nederlandse bouw, maar het draait er om mensen: collega’s die naar elkaar omkijken en samen werken aan projecten waar ze trots op zijn. Vanuit de vestiging in Cruquius wordt het materieel voor al die projecten beheerd en onderhouden.

Hier zit je op je plek Je schakelt snel, brengt structuur aan en denkt vooruit. Je werkt vanuit Cruquius, maar houdt het overzicht over het onderhoud op meerdere vestigingen door het land. Je spart regelmatig met het verhuurteam en werkt samen met monteurs, leveranciers en andere teams. Je staat stevig in je schoenen, hebt oog voor detail en vindt het leuk om processen te verbeteren. Je hebt een zelfstandige rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid, binnen een hecht team.

Dit breng jij mee

  • Ervaring als service planner, chef werkplaats of in een logistieke of planfunctie
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden: je houdt overzicht en plant slim
  • Administratieve nauwkeurigheid
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, richting monteurs, klanten en externe partijen
  • Oplossingsgericht denkvermogen
  • Affiniteit met techniek en onderhoud; ervaring met materieel en machines is een pré
