Stellenbeschreibung

Das ist Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Akquisition, Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Transaktionen im Bereich Land / Residential Capital Markets
  • Beratung von nationalen und internationalen Investoren, Projektentwicklern und Bestandshaltern beim An- und Verkauf von Entwicklungsgrundstücken und Wohnimmobilienprojekten
  • Eigenständige Steuerung von Verkaufsmandaten einschließlich Marktanalyse, Preisfindung, Due Diligence und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Erstellung von Vermarktungs- und Investitionsunterlagen (Teaser, Information Memoranda, Finanzmodelle)
  • Führung von Bieterverfahren und Koordination externer Berater (Rechtsanwälte, Steuerberater, technische Gutachter)
  • Aktiver Ausbau und Pflege eines belastbaren Netzwerks zu Investoren, Entwicklern und Finanzierungspartnern
  • Unterstützung beim strategischen Ausbau des Geschäftsbereichs sowie Mentoring jüngerer Teammitglieder
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Geschäftsbereichen (Valuation, Investment, Leasing, Research)

Qualifikationen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Immobilienwirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche mit umfangreichen Kenntnissen und einem tiefen Verständnis des Münchner Immobilienmarktes
  • Fundierte Marktkenntnisse im Wohnimmobilien- und Grundstückssegment
  • Ein großes Netzwerk zu Investoren, Projektentwicklern und Family Offices, das Sie in Ihrer Rolle aktiv nutzen und weiter ausbauen
  • Routine in der Vermittlung von Immobilien sowie Erfahrung mit komplexen Verkaufsprozessen (z. B. mehrstufige, strukturierte Bieterverfahren)
  • Nachweisbare Transaktionserfahrung und ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke
  • Strategisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit zur Markt- und Objektanalyse und -prognose zur Erstellung von Verkaufskonzepten und marktgerechten Preisempfehlungen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
