Zur Unterstützung unseres Residential Investment Teams am Standort Köln suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Associate Director (m/w/d).

Stellenbeschreibung

Das ist Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Vertiefung und Etablierung des Unternehmens im lokalen wohnwirtschaftlichen Investmentsegment
  • Entwicklung und Evaluierung von systematischen Akquisitions- und Vermarktungsstrategien
  • Perspektivische Übernahme der Teamlead-Funktion am Standort
  • Bewertung und Akquise von Wohn- und Geschäftshäusern, Mehrfamilienhäusern sowie Portfolios bis zu einem Volumen von 15 Millionen Euro
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Besichtigungen / technischen Begehungen
  • Koordination und Begleitung von Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Beratung von Investoren und Eigentümern vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss

Qualifikationen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, gerne mit Immobilienschwerpunkt, oder eine abgeschlossene immobilienkaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf von Mehrfamilienhäusern, Wohn- und Geschäftshäusern sowie Portfolios in Köln und Umgebung
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse des Immobilienmarktes (idealerweise im wohnwirtschaftlichen Investmentsegment) in Köln verbunden mit einem breiten lokalen Netzwerk
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Proaktive, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Exzellente Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Routine in der Anwendung von Microsoft-Office-Produkten (sehr gute Excel- und Powerpoint-Kenntnisse)
