Descripción del empleo

¡Únete a nuestro equipo de Property Manager en Prácticas! Estamos en búsqueda de personas con profundo interés en el sector inmobiliario. Si tienes una mentalidad de aprendizaje constante y estás emocionado por contribuir en proyectos de gestión de activos residenciales en alquiler. ¡queremos conocerte!

Buscamos estudiantes o recién graduados en áreas como Administración y Dirección de Empresas, para unirse a nuestra oficina de Barcelona. Tu principal responsabilidad será:

  • Apoyo al equipo en la gestión diaria de activos residenciales en alquiler.
  • Soporte administrativo básico en tareas de facturación, cobros y pagos.
  • Colaboración con el área contable en tareas sencillas y de archivo.
  • Apoyo en la elaboración de reportes básicos y actualización de información.
  • Gestión y organización de documentación del área.
  • Seguimiento y apoyo en la gestión de incidencias y coordinación con proveedores.
  • Apoyo en la atención a inquilinos y otros interlocutores internos y externos.
  • Colaboración en tareas operativas relacionadas con la comercialización y rotación de activos.
  • Apoyo en el control y seguimiento básico de presupuestos operativos.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante de último año de ADE, ADE y Derecho, Económicas.
  • Conocimiento alto de Microsoft Office. Valorable conocimiento de Salesforce.
  • Nivel Alto de Inglés: C1. Se valorará conocimiento de otros idiomas.
